Superhuman X Dark Work Week

“It’s in the dark where the superstars of us all are created.”

What do these names have in common?

Kobe Bryant, David Goggins, Dr. Eric Thomas PH.D, Jocko Willink, Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Mel Robbins, JLO, Michelle Obama, Tim Cook, Dr. Sharon Millen

These people all wake up and get their personal development and workouts done well before 6am. These are just a few of the people I’ve learned to call “Dark workers.” In the definition that’s used, a dark worker has dual meaning. One who does their work when no one sees them doing it, and one who does their work literally in the cover of the dark either well before the sun comes up or way after it goes down.

I’ve personally have been practicing the ritual of beating the sunrise for many years as it was first suggested by my therapist. But since then I’ve taken it to a whole new level and because of that, I’ve seen significant improvements in multiple areas of my life.

I’ve enjoyed the way I felt after doing tough things in the darkness of the early morning when there’s not too many people out and by the time the world wakes up, a huge part of my day is already done. With this in mind, I wanted to create a situation where other so called “Ordinary people” could do the extraordinary in their own way. Beating the sunrise is a major win any day. It’s a simple yet a relatively difficult task to achieve, but it is not impossible. It’s just uncomfortable yet it comes with great rewards.

Superhuman X Dark Work Week is an opportunity to do “Tough shit” before most even dream of awakening. It’s a way to get a taste of what it’s like to totally master and win the morning and get ahead of the day. When you feel that accomplishment, you start to get curious about what else you could do if you stretch your limits.

This is useful for people who are:
